Daniel Stone

Chief Executive Officer

Dan Stone is Chief Executive Officer of AccentHealth, LLC and a member of its Board of Directors. Dan joined AccentHealth in June 2010 and is based in AccentHealth's New York City and Tampa, FL offices.

Dan is an experienced media executive spanning digital, broadcast, and print media businesses. Most recently, Dan served as President and CEO of Imaginova, a venture-backed digital media and ecommerce company focused on science and technology. Prior to joining Imaginova, Dan was General Manager, Global Media & Entertainment of Scient Corp, a leading eBusiness services company. Dan founded the division ahead of the company's successful IPO in 1999. Previously, Dan served in various executive roles at Turner Broadcasting System, most recently as Executive Vice President, Operations and Business Development for TBS International where he was responsible for developing partnerships to expand Turner's network and Internet properties around the world. Earlier, Dan built the commercial side of Turner's Internet businesses in the nascent stages of the commercial Internet and was a founder of the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB). Dan began his career as a media and telecommunications consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton and as an investment banker. Dan received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ken Clinebell

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Ken Clinebell, is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of AccentHealth, LLC. Ken joined AccentHealth in February 2009 and is based in AccentHealth's Tampa office.

Ken is an experienced financial executive and has been primarily involved in technology based businesses in both public and private sectors. Most recently, Ken served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Vertical Communications, Inc. (and a predecessor company), a publically traded company focused on next generation IP-based communication systems and applications. Ken was instrumental in raising both debt and equity capital to support Vertical's merger and acquisition strategy. Previously, Ken served in various Board-level and executive roles for the Vicorp Group, a UK-based provider of VoiceXML service creation software for automated voice and video solutions. Ken received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is a certified public accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

John Curbishley

Executive Vice President, Business and Product Development

John Curbishley is Executive Vice President, Business and Product Development of AccentHealth, LLC. He joined the company in March 2012 and is based in AccentHealth's New York Office.

John is responsible for driving growth via strategic partnerships, new product lines, and M&A. John joins AccentHealth from NBCUniversal where has was Senior Vice President, Business Development for iVillage, one of the leading web properties for women. There John and his team helped grow traffic and revenue through a range of partnerships including content licensing, syndication, and advertising representation. John also led the NBC Digital Health Network, the iVillage advertising network, and built an international licensing business with partnerships in key new markets. Prior to iVillage, John was a consultant in the Media & Entertainment practice of Booz & Company, a strategy consulting firm based in New York, and before that worked in the corporate strategy group at the BBC in London. He received his MA in Law from the University of Oxford, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
