If you are having any interruptions to your service we want to know! If you are having technical problems, or if your programming is not changed by the fifth of any month, let us know.
To determine if you have the correct programming, look at the date code appearing on the bottom left of the screen. It should have the numerical month followed by the last two digits of the current year.Please use our website or call Customer Service at (800) 235-4930 with any service requests.
