Ingredients
- 1¼ cups (10 ounces) dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dried cherries
- 1 ounce toasted chopped almonds
- ½ cup miniature marshmallows
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
Procedure
- Prepare a cookie sheet by covering it with aluminum foil or parchment.
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water. Don't let the bottom touch the water.
- Stir until smooth.
- Mix in the cherries, almonds, marshmallows, and oats, stirring until they are completely covered with chocolate.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on the cookie sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set.
