Spicy Pita Chips

  • 1 package whole wheat pita chips
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil 
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.  Cut whole wheat pita into 8 wedges.  Place in a large bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients.  Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes turning over at halfway point.

Note: Once cool these can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
