Kids love these wonderful and healthy Kebobs… and best of all, they love to help make them!
4 cups of your favorite fruit:
Fruit Dip (recipe follows) or low-fat yogurt
Peel and cut fruit into bite-sized pieces. If using apples, lightly drizzle with lemon juice to keep from browning. Thread fruit onto skewers. Serve with your favorite fruit dip or low-fat yogurt.
Fruit Dip
Yield: 8 servings
Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix well. Serve with Fresh Fruit Kebobs.
