Crisp and spicy, these fries are great served up with burgers.
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 large or 4 small baking potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 large clove fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Mix olive oil, cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss in potatoes and mix well.
- Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.
