Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 firm ripe mangos
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup finely diced red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Procedure

  1. Peel mangos and dice the flesh.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently.
  3. Check seasonings and enjoy.

Note: This fresh and tangy salsa is the perfect complement to a spring meal.
