Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • ½ cup vanilla or fruited low-fat yogurt
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 6 to 8 frozen strawberries

Procedure

  1. Combine the juice, yogurt, banana, and strawberries in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain with a small strainer to remove any small pieces of unblended fruit.
